Every Kajou piece is made to order, in the size and finish you choose.

We guarantee every piece for one year against manufacturing and structural faults. If something arrives damaged in transit, or a fault appears within that year, write to us with photographs and we'll repair or replace it. Where the fault is ours, we cover transport both ways.

Please report transport damage within 7 days of delivery.

The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, damage from misuse or incorrect assembly, damage caused by dismantling or moving a piece incorrectly, or the natural movement and colour change of wood over time. Because each piece is built to order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges outside these cases. 

None of this affects your rights under Panamanian consumer law.

Delivery in Panama City is $7 for side and low tables, the Montessori Tower and balance boards, and $35 for dining tables and beds. It's added at checkout.
